EXPANDED CLASS SCHEDULE
  - NO BOOKING NECESSARY -

With over 30 classes a week, it's no longer necessary to book for a class. 

As always, it's good yoga practice to be present 15 minutes before a class begins to come into the Now and fully enjoy your time on the mat.

Please choose your class attendance with the intention to stay for the entire session. We understand there are rare exceptions, but to ensure a safe and quality experience for group practice it is considered good yogi etiquette to stay until the teacher has signaled the end of class. Final Savasana is an especially healing and integrative time for many, stillness and quiet essential. Thank you for respecting your time on the mat and the dynamic power of a complete group practice.  Namaste

Classes


Hot Yoga

Our core class. The room is heat infused to prevent injury, promote detoxification and enhance a deeper release within the body. Fresh air is circulated and humidity is raised to make conditions ideal for a foundational sequence of 25-30 postures that vary slightly each class to strengthen bones and muscles and keep the mind-body connection sharp—a total body workout! Suitable for the beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner. 60 to 90 minutes as scheduled.

HOT HAPPY HOUR! Heat up your Friday nights with this special 2 for 1, one-hour hot class. Friday eves 6  - 7 pm!  (First Class Students $8. All others 2 for 1 entry!) 


Power Vinyasa (PV)
A vibrant and inspiring practice that leaves you glowing with that “yoga buzz.” Power Vinyasa is a “flow style” class that combines instruction on form, alignment, flow and strength and power and balance. A continuous rhythm of breath awakens and reconnects you to a stronger and stress-free self. The room is moderately heated. All levels welcome. 60 to 75 minutes as scheduled.


Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga concentrates on floor postures that stretch connective tissue, the ligaments and fascia that bind bone-to-bone at the joints. Connective tissue does not stretch like muscle and takes more time to improve mobility and strength. For this reason the room is moderately warmed and postures are held for longer periods of time. Uplifting music and soft lighting are often incorporated to further calm the mind and release the spiritual potential this practice offers. Perfect for beginners. Also great for top-notch athletes wanting to protect and strengthen their joints. 60 to 90 minutes as scheduled.


NEW! YIN HOUR 2 for 1 - Relax into your Friday afternoons with a friend with this special warm and restorative class.  Fridays 4:30 - 5:30 pm. (First Class Students $8. All others 2 for 1 entry!)


Hot Yoga Sampler                                                                     
Curious or little intimidated about hot yoga? These classes are open to anyone wanting to check out the hot yoga scene and experience a taste of the three major modalities we offer: Hot Yoga, Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Every 75-minute class starts with basic breathing techniques, followed by standing postures, a short flow sequence and finally some delicious yin-styled floor stretching poses. You do what you can. You'll learn something new each class developing a strong foundation. All levels welcome. Room is heated. 75 minutes. First time students must arrive 20 early to register and discuss any special needs with the instructor.


Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is a magical journey in a woman’s life. Allow prenatal yoga to help you experience a healthy pregnancy physically and emotionally, and deepen the connection with the life growing within you. The essence of yoga is about relationship, and nowhere is this more true than during pregnancy, when your life is in every sense joined to your baby’s. The room is not heated.

Learn the original choreography to Michael Jackson's Thriller in time for Halloween! We will be learning the original music video choreography as performed by MJ and his backup dancers. No dance experience is required to take the class but we will keep up a good pace, so come with your mind and body ready to learn.

The room will be unheated (zombies don't do well in the heat!). Wear comfortable clothing; not too baggy, not too tight. You can be barefoot or bring dance shoes if you have them (no outdoor shoes in the studio please).

A yoga class with the little ones consists of fun games and stories during which time kids explore their strength and flexibility.  Activity is interspersed with calm poses, and so they practice their ability to concentrate on challenges and then fully relax and experience calmness.  A finale of a guided visualization takes them on a journey exploring where their imaginations can take them.

7 - 10 year olds

Children of this age are able to start refining their yoga postures. They will experience a balance between focused activity, challenge and calmness. The difference with this age group is that their increased attention span enables them to explore the postures in greater depth while still having fun with other kids.

A healthy kick start to your holidays!

How It Works:
Complete 5 classes a week with
a 5-minute quiet meditation each session for 40 days. (Or 30 sessions in 40 days, which ever comes first.) A daily green smoothie is recommended and can be purchased at the studio individually or ordered on a weekly basis. 

Hydrate well. Prepare to do a lot of laundry. Enjoy the community spirit and fun of it all.
