Hot Yoga Our core class. The room is heat infused to prevent injury, promote detoxification and enhance a deeper release within the body. Fresh air is circulated and humidity is raised to make conditions ideal for a foundational sequence of 25-30 postures that vary slightly each class to strengthen bones and muscles and keep the mind-body connection sharp—a total body workout! Suitable for the beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner. 60 to 90 minutes as scheduled.
